Installers did a great job, professional and polite, took great care to do the job right. I would highly recommend Creative Stonecrafters to others!
Mike and Ray were my installers for my bathroom vanity and a kitchen cabinet. They were polite and respectful. The kitchen piece was cut wrong, they took it back and brought the re cut piece the following business day and apologized about this mishap.
From start to finish they were nothing but professional and respectful. Helped me through the process, got quotes back for out of shop slab selections in an extremely fast manner. Couldn’t believe how fast and thorough they were with measurements and installation. The quality of craftsmanship is unparalleled and will be doing business with them again. I wish I went to them first before wasting time at other companies.
Unfortunately, my wife and I have had a nearly non-stop series of problems with our countertops since the very first time that an employee was sent out to take measurements in late December: 1. When the measurements were taken, a template wasn't used, resulting in a significantly large gap between the counter and our wall right behind the sink. 2.
