I have a small bathroom and needed a small vanity top. Melanie was great finding a remnant that worked and very transparent about costs and what everything entailed. I was able to find stone that complemented my vanity becuase I had it with me, and leave my sink so they could cut the opening and attach it perfectly. Great experience all around. Had a small bathroom vanity project and they were professional throughout. A lot of stone options to choose from. Counter wasn't cut perfectly the first time but they fixed it promptly and even added some more overhang and a side to it so it turned out perfect. Really good communication which is a rare find!
We had an excellent experience working with Creative Stone Countertops. We visited and got quotes from 3 other companies, and their pricing was significantly better than the competition. More importantly, their customer service was top-notch, and our project was completed in a timely manner despite the fact that the installation occurred the same week as the record-breaking snowfall. Kimberly deserves an extra special shout-out for all of her efforts and back and forth with me during the project.
Great customer service, very easy to work with, everything was delivered in a timely manner and really enjoyed working with this company. We love the countertops and highly recommend Creative Stone Countertops.
