When your "local" dealer is almost three hours away, you have to make some concessions. BUT, they promised support by phone for as long as my daughter and I had our machines. A technical issue came up, and my daughter placed a call. OK, they're busy...but too busy to return a phone call, day after day? A week later, still no answer. I don't recommend them. Product is terrific, but service has been nonexistent. Daughter is contacting Brother company to complain, and seeking service elsewhere.
Love that place!! Always something new. They are so helpful and go out of their way to answer your questions or try to solve your problems.
If you plan on going to her store you better call first she closes at the drop of a hat! I can't tell you how many times this year she closed for the most ridiculous reasons. Not reliable at all! Always always call first!

I could have purchased a machine closer to my home, but I knew the day I walked into Creative Stitches Cafe, that I needed to buy it there because I knew I would have the support and help I needed from these wonderful ladies. I wasn't wrong-- Sharyn spent over 3 hours with me --While her shop was closed!--to help me with my machine. That's dedication to her customers! I'm so glad I bought my machine there!

The owner and the staff are very sweet and knowledgable. I always feel like I'm at home there. Plus they have great fabric and notions!
I was there when they were advertising used machines/trade-ins. Sharon said she would contact me later the following week. She never did, I know they had personal issues going on, so I waited about 2 weeks. I stopped in, Sharon saw me and knew what I was looking to buy, she said she would contact me in a few days.
