The worst customer service you can even ask for. If you’re thinking of using this company turn around now and run as fast as you can. What they promise you and what they deliver is completely opposite. Paul, Tanner, Jon go find other work because customer service is not your Speciality.

I purchased both a spa & a pool from creative spa. it wasn't the smoothest operation from start to finish & we had a couple of hiccups with both the requested finish and installation. but I have to say that Paul was there, & went above & beyond to get everything right. when all was said and done he even stepped up with a discount of the final price for the inconvenience. something that was unexpected . If I ever get another spa, there is only one place to go "CREATIVE SPA DESIGN"

We purchased our spa from creative spa designs. It is a wonderful spa and we enjoy it! Creative Spa’s has been so friendly and supportive throughout the years. I Purchase the chemicals for the spa from them and Paul always remembers me. If I have any questions I can call and they’re always Take the time over the phone to answer them. I’m so glad we walked into their show room six years ago.
