I took my son and daughter here and they loved it! The staff was nice! Ty was very patient, nice, and informative. Afreen was also great with my son.The fact that they were able to see them at the same time was everything for me. I am hard to please at times when it comes to my kids, but I loved the experience they had. I will be bringing them back for braces. Would highly recommend!
Ty is wonderful. He's so patient and understanding when it comes to my son. He's not so brave at times, but Ty does a good job talking to him and explaining everything he's about to do before he does it. It calms my son down and sets his expectations. He's able to get the job done, and he does great work! Ty has excellent customer service and an exceptional bed side manner. I will be continuing my service here thanks to the positive experiences I've had with Ty.
Took my level 2 autistic daughter that is 3yrs old to go see dr.jue. He was very patient, extremely nice and moved swiftly. We were in a private room setting, Definitely recommend! Also his assistant Ty was soooo nice & kind. He made her day when he gave her a coin to use on the rewards machine! He was super attentive and made sure we had everything in order.
I came to the clinic and everyone was very respectful. I brought all six of my kids, and the staff was extremely patient with them. My kids felt comfortable and were treated very well throughout the visit. Starting with the front desk, Zikra was very helpful in getting my kids registered and was very personable. Afreem, Londa, and Ty were all very polite and gentle with my kids. They answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic!
We had a great experience at this kids dental office. The staff was friendly, patient, and very communicative throughout the visit. They took the time to clearly explain everything they found and walked us through the next steps for my child’s care in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how organized and reassuring they were. Highly recommend for parents looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team.
