Walking in, wasn’t that warm welcoming that we are used to without the old staff. It was like you were another number again. We are grateful our normal dental hygienist Brittany was available for my daughter’s cleaning. Unfortunately, we found out she will no longer be there. Sadly, all of the hygienist and doctors who have been there for so long are no longer there. Not sure what the huge turnover was about, but it is truly affected the customer experience you get while there.
I had a great experience with Creative Smiles. Everyone is very professional and treats their clients with respect.
Staff is very friendly and informative.
