Not the place to go for a customer looking to be treated decently
Purchase new car Matthews auto , Which came with $30 discount if I spend a hunderd, Tried to order floormats At 1st the couldn't honour the discount then said they would, told me they had to be creative to give me the $30 discount . Then said It would have $30 in shipping And Don't know how long before we get them . I left went to Performance Auto they beat their price and did not charge shipping.. I will have them in 3 days
Poor customer service. Disappointed with having to get a product replaced multiple times.
