If I could give this company over 5 stars I would! I had a large commercial project and ordered motor roller shades and it was the best experience! Brooks brought us samples and was knowledgeable with the different selections and what met and exceeded our needs. We ended up going with his recommendations and are extremely happy. Several months later a customer thought it was a good idea to pull down the roller shade and broke the motor. I contacted Brooks and he was able to replace it in a few days! I went to the showroom to buy some balances, and the lady name Kathy (hope I am not wrong with her name) provide a 5 starts Customer Service, she grabbed the phone and called the factory to get the items I needed, the amazing part of this is that I was not a return customer, it was my first time and she treated me as I was!!! What a first class customer service.i highly recommended
