Bought a house that needed a roof. The prior owners had a bid in place from Creative Roofing. It seemed reasonable. We contacted them and set it up. Then the problems started. First, they said they would not cover our "add on" garage, even though it had shingles when we bought the house. They claimed the roof wasn't pitched enough.
