If you’re struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, disordered eating, or just want to work on yourself and get genuine support, Kelsey is your girl!
Kelsey is an amazingly gifted, compassionate and skilled therapist. Her warm, grounded, and authentic presence makes it easy to open up and talk about the difficult stuff. She helped me find words for past experiences that have been weighing me down practically my whole life. Somehow, she helped me draw perspective on these parts and helped me get unstuck and move forward. It might sound cheesy but I feel “whole” in a way I have never experienced before. Thank you Kelsey.
