Joe Sananes of Creative Remodeling and his team provided us with an incredibly stylish and functional master bathroom, as well as 1,000 sf of oak hardwood flooring installed in our home. Joe did an excellent job for us, from design, supplier/component selection and installation advice, all the way to superior workmanship, we were consistently impressed throughout the process. It is a pleasure to write this review for Joe and his team (Jorge, Armando, Hector). Like other reviews posted here, we too feel fortunate to have found Joe based on suggestion of several local kitchen/bath suppliers. On our first call, we were somewhat concerned about communication due to Joe's accent. Please keep moving forward as you won't be sorry. I recently needed to remodel a bathroom to make it handicapped accessible. I wanted it to be functional, but not institutional or sterile. With the help of Joe Sannanes of CREATIVE REMODELING, the project not only turned out wonderfully functional, but beautiful - our little Spa/oasis with accents of sea glass tiles on a blue/green background - about as far from sterile as you could get. Another gorgeous bathroom! After the magnificent remodeling that Joe (Creative Remodeling and Design) achieved last year in our water-destroyed bathroom, we asked Joe to come back and totally gut, enlarge, and remodel our master bath. Joe and his team is one of our most preferred contractors. Their installations are beautiful and precise, and his customer satisfaction is superb. They are proficient in traditional and modern styles in stone, porcelain,and ceramic, as well as high-end plumbing and cabinetry installations. Jobs: Master bathroom remodel including building a shower, wall and floor tile, painting, electrical and plumbing. Kitchen backsplash tile installation. Project was completed on time and on budget. Design was excellent and implementation was great. Made improvments in the design as work progressed. Workers were very careful to minimize dirt and dust during demolition and construction.
