Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service. The tile installation has multiple flaws and does not look professional.
We had a wonderful experience with a full remodel of our kitchen this year. Joe and his team are highly communicative, friendly, and skilled. From the beginning, Joe answered all my questions, worked with us to achieve our vision, and took time to allow me to tour several recent projects. The kitchen remodel was disappointing. The cabinets were installed unevenly, and several doors don’t close properly. Communication from the contractor was poor, and the project took much longer than promised. The overall finish looks rushed and unprofessional.
Joe, JC, and Juan were Unprofessional at Install flooring work. The flooring installation was disappointing. Several boards are uneven, and there are visible gaps between pieces. The edges along the walls look rough and poorly finished. The crew seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to details. They also left dust and debris behind after completing the job. For the price charged, I expected better quality and a more professional result.
