First class job all the way! What an absolute pleasure it was working with Matteo and his team. The whole process was professionally handled from start to finish. Any questions and concerns calls and texts were answered promptly and respectfully all keeping within a set budget. The clean up at the end of each day was awesome - even the neighbours were impressed! A special shout out to Kyle for his hard work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. We had Matt and his team refurbish our 30 year old pool and deck. We couldn’t be happier with the results.Matt is very knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to deal with. He delivered everything promised and his advice on materials and design were excellent. When issues did arise he did not hesitate to make things right. Considering the expert craftsmanship and quality of the work we feel his pricing was quite reasonable. I’d highly recommend him on any pool or landscape project.
We were extremely pleased with the job done by the “Creative Pools” team. Having your backyard torn up is never pleasurable, but they did everything possible to minimize the construction effect, and the final product was outstanding. Matt and his team constantly worked with us to blend our needs and their creative flair together to deliver a product that was much better than I had envisioned. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anybody. I feel like I got very good value for my dollar.
