After buying a swim spa from Scott and Kelly Thomas, our backyard is our favorite place to exercise and relax. They guided us through the process of choosing the perfect product for our needs. On the day of the installation, Scott was there the entire day. He stayed until 8 pm making sure everything went to our satisfaction. Not only have we developed an excellent professional relationship with Scott and Kelly, we feel we have made new friends. We could not be more satisfied.
Working with this company has been a nightmare! Last year, we hired them to close our pool and had a poor experience where our cover was broken and put on incorrectly. We decided to give them a second chance rather than just take our business elsewhere, and that was a HUGE mistake. Multiple weeks after our scheduled opening, our pool is still not functioning correctly and looks like a swamp. We have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company. We were scheduled for a pool opening two weeks ago and after multiple visits to our house, our pool is still not open. There has been zero communication from them as to why this is and when we reached back out, we were given a time that they would return to finish the opening and they did not show. I had a great experience with the Spa Gallery. I worked with Scott on finding a new spa for our family. Scott was a no pressure salesman made shopping with my wife and kids a breeze. Delivery was very easy the team made sure the spa was put exactly where I wanted it. I had a wonderful buying experience I will be a customer for life.
Truly the best! They have always been out go to for all of our hot tub needs.
