My shower leaked into the lower floor unit due to old caulking in the shower surround. Creative Plumbing CAULKED the shower without removing the old caulking and 8 months later I have the shower leak again. Called Creative Plumbing and was told warranty is only good for 1 month. In addition the plumber arrived late and went to the wrong building for the appointment. Will never use their service again.

Will not recommend this company, I have a floor drain problem in the restaurant, the water go not smoothing but still ok to go slowly. So call them come over to fix it, when the guy first arrived come with a small hand on plumbing snack machine, I tell the guy this machine not going to work, honestly if this small machine can fix my work I will not call the pluming service. After he try more than half an hour he give up with the small machine and leave our floor overflow, we had stop our job to help them the clean up the flo... read more

Contacted to install 2 sink garbage disposals. A time was set for the following day and they never showed, called, emailed, nothing.
