Rang on Monday morning for a quote but the business would have to come to ours to have a look. Said he'd be around some time that morning. When I called in the afternoon because he hadn't shown, he said he got busy and would call me back some time this week. On Friday, having heard nothing, I called again, he said he would come today. Did not show again. I found what I needed elsewhere. Would not recommend
Ordered some acrylic rods cut to various dimensions on a Friday and was ready for pick up by Monday. Quick response via online channels. Overall, happy with the experience and will shop again.
