I would highly recommend Creative Outdoor Kitchens for all of your outdoor entertainment needs. We absolutely LOVE our outdoor kitchen and spend hours enjoying our back patio now. Not only did we have them build our outdoor kitchen but we also purchased our amazing outdoor furniture and fire table from them. My experience with the sales agents and in-store staff was good. They were very helpful in determining the content of my outdoor kitchen. I did have to call them back a couple of times to remeasure, and very eager to work with my ideas and design. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, but needed to be supervised. (They had to rip out some tile it was crooked under the round bar, and the backsplash they started to just put the tile horizontal, and I pointed out that the ones in the show room, where diamo... read more

My experience with the sales agents and in-store staff was excellent. They were very helpful in determining color, style and content of my outdoor kitchen. I was deployed, asked a lot of questions, and they sent photos to help me make decisions. At no time did I feel marginalized or pushed into a decision. The contract was straight forward and staff answer all of my questions. The installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.
