Cris is a warm, deeply wise therapist who creates real space for healing. Her blend of somatic work with astrology and tarot brought a whole new dimension to my session, helping me connect with parts of myself I hadn't accessed before. Highly recommend

Cris is such a thoughtful, compassionate therapist. You can tell that she listens to every word you say, notices what your body is doing as you speak, and really tries to understand your experience. This was my first time with somatic therapy and I was amazed at how powerful it is to sometimes slow down and tap into how your body feels, instead of just firing off all the thoughts in your head. Cristina and Creative Now Therapy changed what the world felt like for me. I was in pain for a long time and her practice gave me the tools and space to find a new way of living.
