I only gave one star because I couldn't give 0. I had an appointment today at 5:30pm with Tammy. As always, Tammy is busy when I arrive and someone else starts the process. Usually, Tammy will then take over and finish my nails for me. Today was different. A young girl, whom I've never seen before does my nails from start to finish- although, I'll mention again, my appointment was with Tammy. She tells me that she must take my old nails completely off instead of doing a backfill because "it better for you." I agree. First sh... read more
