I had an appointment, but upon arriving at the salon, I was told that they had not recorded my booking. Instead, they allowed walk-in customers to go ahead of me. There was no apology or attempt to make it right; I was simply told to come back later. This was incredibly frustrating, as it resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary travel expenses. I did not like how I was treated it’s was 2 white women that came in right before I did and because my husband and I was black they looked up like we stank they only take 1 and hardly wanted to do that I truly believe it was a race thing
Recieved a gift card for this nail salon, was nervous because I seen some bad reviews but just wanted to say Annie was great! I had a great experience! Everyone was beautiful & very nice! I felt welcomed & my nails are super cute! I was never charged any unexpected cost. Everything was upfront. A+++
