Dishonest and poor quality work. My sister and I received gift cards for gel mani/pedis from here for Christmas, and we went in to get them last Monday (12/29). I thought about leaving a review that day since I felt a little scammed, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and see the quality of work. I was gifted a gel mani/pedi for Christmas and was so excited to get pampered since I’m a stay at home mom to two very young children. I went in 8 days ago and my gel mani already started peeling. I went out and bought nail glue to try to preserve it for as long as possible because I don’t have time to get them done again. Pedicure didn’t last very long either. My nail tech was also watching something on her phone the entire time. Definitely a disappointing salon trip.

My right toenail had fallen off a few months ago and grew back unevenly, but it was fixed beautifully and made to look clean and natural again. It was absolutely worth the 40-minute drive after hearing great recommendations. The place is comfortable, cute, and beautifully decorated—very cozy and clean. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. From now on, this is the only place I’ll be coming to.
This salon is amazing. I usually get dip and the nail techs do a perfect job every time! Everyone is very friendly too. I sometimes don’t make appointments and they’ve always been able to take me right away when I don’t make an appointment. Overall the best salon in the Rochester area!!
