The service here and friendly staff is so good I travel from Fontana just to get my nails done here. They are so helpful with doing my nails exactly the way I like. I always leave feeling very satisfied.
I have never been so confused or offended by a customer service experience. I started coming here because my sister highly recommended Ivy, and I even referred two friends who now go here regularly because of how talented she is with nail art. I trusted her creativity, always took her design recommendations, tipped over 20% every visit, and was never a high-maintenance client. These people will turn you away 2 hrs before closing. Thought I had found a new nail place based on the service from my first visit. Also, just to clarify further, in regards to the owner’s message, I would have understood if that was communicated. Not personal, maybe just not a fit after all. A gal should be able to stop by after working and receive service, but oh well.
