Walked-in to get my gel nail polish removed with a quick file and cuticle touch-up. Walked out with my cuticles looking mangled and as if I was dragged across the concrete for $30. Everyone was very kind but the carelessness of the service was disappointing.
This place is amazing. I'm not from Kansas City and needed to get my nails done at the last minute for Valentine's Day while visiting my boyfriend in town. They were so kind here and accommodating, even with a last-minute booking. I got a short almond French tip; they were so cute. Thank you!!
Went over to get my eyebrows, after I told her I wanted to keep my natural shape. She completely ignored me and kept waxing over a few times. Gave me a round eyebrow shape rather than a my natural sharp eyebrow shape. I was charged 25$ which I paid, got a notification from my bank saying I was charged 40$. She gave me a receipt on a message. Went back she denied giving me a paper receipt. NEVER AGAIN.
I had a wonderful experience with my fiance here, it was full of lively conversation and the nail art was done with gorgeous detail and talent! Should visit 100%✨
