I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, but I was disappointed with the quality of my service today. I paid $50 for a specific French manicure design and provided a reference photo at the start of the appointment. Unfortunately, the final result did not match the photo, and the application lacked the precision I expected, including visible polish left on my skin. I have been going to Creative Nails for the past several years. Tracy is the nail tech that has been doing my manicure and pedicure. Tracy is a great tech. She does what you want her to do. She takes her time and ALWAYS does a perfect job. The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
Yes this place is clean and they did a good job but once I got up after being told my toes were dry my polish smudged getting into the car. Had to go back in…40 dollars for a basic pedicure, no hot towel.. also 15 for a kids pedicure and manicure. Sorry won’t be coming back. Rip off. Places are getting away with robbery for the simple things.
