I typically come to the salon every 2 weeks for a dip manicure. This time I decided to get a dip manicure and a pedicure. I called days in advance to make my appointment and they told me to come in at 9:30. When I checked in for my appointment I heard the lady behind me saying she made two appointments for her and her daughter, but they only had her down for one appointment. I kept my scheduled pedicure, however canceled the new UV gel set I also pre-scheduled, because Lynn appeared like she didn't want to be bothered or do my nails. She came up to me with her head to the side, rolling her eyes and then started talking in her language like she didn't want to be bothered, so I'll never be going back here. Came to another salon instead for my nails. Terrible customer service here I guess unless your of a certain skin tone Edit: I wasn't late to my appointment. I made the appointment over the phone when i asked pricing they told me a fill was $48 and a new set would be $58, when i got there i made sure to ask again how much it would be they told me the same thing, they told me to come at 6, and it ended with multiple people doing my nails (felt rushed) the nails came out off. this was my first time here and when i was rang up the screen showed $78 i assumed this was for both me and my friend i tipped as well for both of us then they flipped the screen and showed the same price agai... read more
