Today was unfortunately my last day at this nail salon. I made an appointment by phone a week ago for two pedicures with my mom. I’ve been coming here for a while, and the people who answer the phone know me by now. I specifically requested two workers I regularly go to and even made sure to repeat myself so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding. Me and my daughter came in to get a “pedicure”.. only lasted 20 minutes, my feet are still rough and cracked, they did NOTHING but paint my nails, and had me give a mandatory tip for such poor service. P.S the cashier followed me to the car to make sure I gave 20% tip even though I was VERY unsatisfied. Never coming here again.
Came in for a last minute pedicure, they did OK, some nails weren’t even painted all the way and my feet look the same as they came in, just with polish now.. when I’m getting checked out with my mom, i had to leave a mandatory tip for a pedicure that lasted 20 minutes, and the same guy came to our car to make sure my mom left her mandatory tip as well. Unbelievable!
