Got a French UV gel manicure a few weeks ago. One week after getting them done one of the nails came off. A bit annoying but no big deal and went back in to get them fixed. The man at the desk was very nice but the nail tech was very rude and made it clear she did not want to fix a singular nail. She then used bubble bath after I told her I did not use bubble bath on my nails so it did not match. She also didn’t even use the same shade of white that my other nails had, and did it very lazily. I love this place. I travel 30 minutes to come here. The owners are excellent and Lynn who has been here quite a while always does a great job.
Always clean and good quality service
Experience was ok, but what I’m upset about is I had my manicure on Sunday but by Monday my nails were already chipped. Granted, I paid for a regular manicure but it should still last more than a day… possibly an issue with the type of nail polish even tho I picked OPI like I usually do
