I had a lady named Ming do my nails and she did it fantastic. They look beautiful. She was sweet and kind and gentle and it was just a great experience.
Now the owner is rude - stared and I have to wait when I have an appointment for a long time
Today was unfortunately my last day at this nail salon. I made an appointment by phone a week ago for two pedicures with my mom. I’ve been coming here for a while, and the people who answer the phone know me by now. I specifically requested two workers I regularly go to and even made sure to repeat myself so there wouldn’t be any misunderstanding. Me and my daughter came in to get a “pedicure”.. only lasted 20 minutes, my feet are still rough and cracked, they did NOTHING but paint my nails, and had me give a mandatory tip for such poor service. P.S the cashier followed me to the car to make sure I gave 20% tip even though I was VERY unsatisfied. Never coming here again.
