These people are crooks. They overcharged me for the services rendered, and at the time, I tried to be understanding as I did not technically ask for a running total of the bill during additional offered services (gel vs polish, why my pedicure that should have been $25 cost me $42). They sneak add-ons during their services to increase the bill without asking the customer about cost. This place was AWESOME! I went in today after reading a couple good reviews on here. Tom took care of me, and man does he know the way to a customer's heart! He was funny and very informative. I came in with some acrylic nails that needed some help, and he recommended a different method that would be better for my nails. Thanks to him, my nails are beautiful and I have a new favorite nail salon! I recommend this place to everyone!
I had a full set of nails put on at another salon and when I needed a fill in, my friend recommended them. I liked the atmosphere, Lily did a great job and told me she would fix what the other salon had done. She was very gentle and my nails look great. I will be going back and getting my nails done in the future. Great place!
I have gone to many nail salons in the Augusta area, some good and some bad. However, this has been the best service that I have received in years. My nail technician laughed with me and was very down to Earth. I know a lot of people go to relax and really aren't looking to converse, but the conversation was mutual.
