This was my first time as a client I saw Andrew and he did a beautiful job
I’ve been here many times. I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve seen different staff every time, they have all been friendly and helpful. the pedicure color always lasts.
I wish I was able to not give this salon even 1 star Absolutely terrible customer service. Yes, they might do a good job on nails, but the way they treat people is unacceptable. I’ve never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in a place where I’m PAYING for a service. Every time we asked for something (which is completely normal in a nail salon), they acted like we were bothering them or forcing them to work. Their attitude is rude, cold, and unprofessional.
