I have always enjoyed going to this salon, except this time. My daughter had acrylic she needed removed, I told the staff 3 times that I wanted them soaked off rather than pulled off to save some of her natural nails. I went to check on my other daughter and come back to all of her nails having been ripped off! I was so frustrated and the nail tech just said Oh sorry I didn’t know.
