Creative Multicare, for when you want to create more mess and damages than you started with! This company just demo'ed and installed a tub in my unit. The photos are just *some* of the damages they caused when left unsupervised. They scraped up the porch (doorbell camera shows one guy dragging the tub down the porch after spending over an hour standing outside on his phone), left dirt and scrapes everywhere, broke both towel bars, ripped my carpet, and left debris and parts of the old tub everywhere. One of Creative MultiCare's drivers pulled out right in front of me (he was coming out of a gas station) on Colonial on 6-17-25. He was a hispanic or black guy with glasses and a thing beard. Note to the owner-I have it on my dashboard video and will be sending it to the proper people.
What a waste of my time and complete fraud. Andrew shows up to the house. I explain I would like to have a second meter installed on my water line for the irrigation system. He is completely confused and has no idea what I am talking about. Says he has to call his boss. Calls his boss and explains that a second meter wouldn’t do anything except maybe give you a second hose bib. BEWARE THEY OPEN DOORS AND GO INTO YOUR APARTMENT WHEN DOGS ARE LOOSE AND NO ACCESS TO APARTMENT WAS GIVEN. CALLED MY LANDLORD. THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO INTO RESIDENCE WITH DOGS OUT. WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER FOR BREAKING AND ENTERING I HAVE VIDEO PROOF
