I couldn't recommend Creative Mobility Group more highly! Melissa made it her mission to help us through the process of getting our wheelchair van and making sure we know about all the bells and whistles and exactly how to use them. I know we are in good hands going forward. Creative Mobility is quick to respond and on top of every detail.

We recently purchased a van from Creative Mobility Group. We could not be happier with the service we received from Melissa! She is extremely knowledgeable and answers any questions you might have very quickly. We are from out of state so it was a little more difficult to purchase the van but Melissa made it easy. She is extricated. She was ill one day at home but still answered an email I sent her. Our son drove to pick up the van. Melissa emailed me the next day to make sure he made it home safely as it’s a 5.5 hr drive ea... read more

Margaret gave me the best customer service anyone could ever obtain. I was out of state and she accommodated me immediately with a perfect service from Dave. Dave was very patient and made sure that everything was installed correctly. A must service firm.
