If you are looking for flexibility, great pay and benefits, you've found the right company. Many low reviews I have noticed are employees let go due to ongoing attendance issues as I have been here for 2 years and have never felt more at home. Horrible treatment by one called supervisor bathrooms are trash prolly haven’t been clean in years they do not care about their employees at all !!! Would not recommend this place pay sucks I had to give it one star but not worth the one star
Company grew out of it's own shoes, takes on to much work, hire clueless people. I spent half my time fixing people's screw up for 4 years. Revolving door(like most bigger fab shops). After my time there it's sad that they never cann figure out to hire people that knoww what they are doing, not just someone that's cheap. "Do it right do it once" sadly I've watched so much product come back from the customer because of pure laziness and being over rushed.
