Our sign, visible to thousands a day, has had a cosmetic issue that CSD has not repaired yet after I reported it three months ago. Seven times they have told me they would be out to have it fixed, and seven times it has not been done. The wait and the broken promises are ridiculous.
Although the sign ordered was ready, the staff on site could not deliver it until the person in charge returned, though it was uncertain as to when he would be back. Waited for a long time until such person called in to authorize delivery.
