Absolutely a joke !!! I make a reservation online , get a clc confirmation as well as a hotel confirmation only for my employees to get to the hotel and the reservation has been CANCELLED!! call the customer service they rebook it over the phone 15 min later get another email with a CANCELLATION??? no reason as to how or why this has happened , no longer using this sorry excuse of a company , do better or you will be out of business in no time , this has happened on multiple occasions!
This company is a joke
Even the name brand hotels they use our the worst of the whole chain. Pretty low rent operation in business to help cheap ass companies save a buck on employee lodging. My current stay in PA is a prime example where even the Gym equipment doesn’t work. And I had to stretch my lamp half way across the room and put in the floor so I could sit at the desk and use my computer cause most of the outlets in the room don’t work!! Oh and only one bulb in the lamp! Not sure what the hell this is crawling on my wall!!
You have to call 3 times just to get them to reserve a room at this sorry excuse of a business...... 3 month's later and Im still waiting after work for a room
