Various issues with design. Dispute/settlement stemming from poor communication.
They provided a nice design for a school organization but many problems. Upholstered objects were installed with unacceptable creases in the fabric, and it took forever for CL to correct. Lits of small things were not stated as “not included” such as demo of some existing built ins, shelves for the decorative bookcase. Lots of small charges added after contract was paid in full. Would not recommend.
