RecommendedNicole has been cutting/coloring/highlighting/styling, you name it, for 10 years. I’d say she’s pretty good at what she does if I keep going back.
Nicole did a nice job cutting my hair and an alright job with a partial balayage (super expensive and looked like baby highlights honestly.) Every time I contact her she has no idea who I am - what terrible customer service. I work with millions of people a day as well and at least somewhat try to accommodate people. She’s also very short when booking appointments. There’s just too many great options in the south end area for talented salons and she just lost a client.
Nicole is awesome! She always knows what’s best for hair, from the color & the length, to the product and tools! So my hair found her! ☺️
