We hired Creative Landscape to demo and put sod and sprinklers in our backyard and then demo and some basic low maintenance landscaping in our front yard. Overall we had a great experience and would use them again if we needed. There were a few hiccups, such as a sprinkler head of ours was broken during demolition of the front yard and was not brought to our attention and a post that was being used as a border around our planter was haphazardly cut during installation instead of trying to make it leveled. Arrived on time, finished job quick. No mess, no fuss.
Very expensive. They did a good job.
Don and his crew were easy to work with and they finished the job earlier than expected.
I would not hire this company again. They did work without getting an authorization from me to do the work they were doing. Yes I did hire them to fix a leak in the front but not to put in a whole new system in the back. I did get them stopped but even after that they connected the back valves to the controller and of course charged me for doing so. Now I am trying to find out what all they did do because their receipt/invoice just says they made repairs but does not say what repairs were made. You definitely have to sit out... read more
