this place is very unprofessional and never returns phone calls. they require indoor cats to have vaccines that are proven to be completely unnecessary when the cats do Not cohabitate with outdoor ferals. Feline leukemia is prevalent within feral colonies in strictly outdoor living environments. i would NOT recommend this place for their absurb rules as they clearly know NOTHING about a cat's health. Stick with Paw Daddy's in Welcome, NC which is reasonable.

We have struggled finding a groomer for our border collie, until now! He absolutely loves Lisa and I can tell she loves him as well!! Hands down this is the best place to take your pet!!
Great grooming, caring staff, very reasonable prices.
Opening on time for one thing. I came to pick my dogs up at 4pm Sunday. Their posted and verbal time was 4 to 5 pm on Sunday. It is now 4:30pm and nobody has come. Not sure I will come back here again. Very disappointed in Lisa.
Lisa and her staff care about your dog and want to please the owners as well- they are always so sweet to our dog Boomer and do an excellent job with his baths and cuts!! Highly recommend!
Lisa and the folks at K9 have groomed my animals for several years. My current fur baby is deaf and has little eye sight. I trust these folks to take care of him while he is being groomed. They are the ONLY place I have ever boarded him. If how your animal is treated while away from you is important, this is the place to go. They love each and every animal they care for. I would recommend their services to everyone!
