A1 Service after the Sale! Love it! First, I must commend Creative Interiors & Design for "Service after the Sale", which is so rare these days. I experienced a couple of mishaps with my furniture purchase, (none of which were the fault of the store owners, by the way) After hearing of an issue, they contacted me and went out of their way to make things right. I'd recommend.... Personally, I love this furniture/design store. They have really good sales a few times a year, where I always find really high-quality pieces for good prices. I would even say that practically all my favorite pieces in my home are ones I've found here.
Expensive and pushy Many prices are hidden or you have to ask. Sales people have a hard time accepting no for an answer. The last time I was in I asked the sales lady how business was and she said it is very slow but they were hoping for it to pick up. Maybe if they had friendlier policies and didn't try to get you to buy something you don't want they would have better sales. Their policies are not customer friendly. They do however have a beautiful showroom.
Awesome I have always had awesome experiences every time I go into their shop. Their show room is amazing, and the customer service is great. I had a consultation and the lady, her name is Heidi, was fantastic. Super helpful and gave us vision and furniture arrangements/ideas/colors etc. for our home. She advised us on all sorts of things from hanging art/clocks etc to paint colors. We are completely satisfied and thrilled with the quality of service we received.
