Great design services! First off, they have moved - their new address is just south of 119th St. on 503, just south of the cemetery I believe. Anyway - I went in asking for help with a couple of my rooms. I didn't want major remodeling or new furniture - just needed help with colors and design. A designer visited my home - talked to me, took photos and then selected a number of possible accessories for my home. I've found the design staff friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very unobtrusive. They have a beautiful inventory and offer great ideas in their showroom. Quality furniture and people! As a customer service and sales professional I am very sensitive when it comes to the quality of service I receive. Will be back.... I had a great time here at the New Years Day sale. I got some really good deals on both furniture and accessories. I will shop there again, soon!
Disappointing This is a beautiful showroom however each time I come in and ask for my sales person, she or he is gone, this company has a hard time keeping their employees.
Review I would not recommend this furniture store. High prices, high pressure sales, late/delayed merchandise, poor customer service.
