So disorganized. Difficult to work with.
Truly exceeded my expectations. Communication up front had been great and check in was very clear. The real surprise was walking into the unit after a long and tiring drive - it really delivered on the wow factor and was great to live there a few months. Very easy to deal with team, minor issues were fixed fast and overall more than met our needs - highly recommend.
My family was so grateful to be able to use CHS while our home was being repaired. Their accommodations served our needs and everything was well prepared for us. The rental office staff was very helpful and welcoming! We were greeted with beautiful gift baskets too, which were very much appreciated. The CHS staff were all very friendly, helpful, and were very timely and efficient in their communications. We can't thank you enough CHS!
