Quite a distance from the city's, lots of farm land & expected more from the home for its price point. Went throught this builders home on a Parade of Homes weekend. Home from the outside looks enticing, but as you get closer, see details, lacks. While pretty and new still this home didn't rival what other builders are doing for functionality, flow, details, uniqueness or use of sqftage. The best thing about this home was the built in wine space & garage designation for space & "elbow room" in there.
