They did a great job altering plans to meet covenant requirements. Very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend their services.
Came across my small claim info on this company and realized I never left a review😊! Dishonest kind of group. Worked with Ryan and assistant Ben at the time and the city denied the commercial plans because of what I later found out was a copy paste failed job. They ignored me from then on and gladly kept the money for their trashed plans! Luckily I found the creative, knowledgeable architect we needed for the business after this train wreck of an experience..

Nathan Lofties is amazing at his job. Very patient and easy to work with. He’s creative and listens. He managed to take everything I threw at him in addition to changing my mind multiple times on a number of things and in a very timely manner created my dream house. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to work with. He’s made this step in building a home which, I’ve always heard was a nightmare, a very pleasant experience. The whole process was very organized and professional.
