Their patient portal app is controlled by an outside source that changed the name of the DIAGNOSIS/DIAGNOSES area to PROBLEMS. I no longer felt comfortable using this app for my appointment that day and my therapist doesn’t do in person appointments. I was told that “I’m impeding my own therapy by finding reasons to be upset just as I’m making headway with a therapist” by my therapist. We only had 3 sessions. For 2 weeks I have called to try to get help, all I needed to know was insurance acceptance nobody called me back I left voicemails, and now today im told “We’re not taking new clients” GEE could’ve told me that 2 weeks ago so im not wasting my time, Absolutely crap company clearly they don’t care about anything but money or they would return a phone call
