For 2 weeks I have called to try to get help, all I needed to know was insurance acceptance nobody called me back I left voicemails, and now today im told “We’re not taking new clients” GEE could’ve told me that 2 weeks ago so im not wasting my time, Absolutely crap company clearly they don’t care about anything but money or they would return a phone call
I have had nothing but bad experiences with this place. And I have been taking all the proper steps to make sure I report this location. When you treat patients like crap. Even worse mental helath patients like crap. Full scale accountability should come down on you. If I have to be the one to make sure they are held accountable. Welp ill be their worst nightmare. Years of competent compassionate care. Robin, on the front desk, is always unflappable, efficient and courteous. The nurse, Kay, manages to do my vitals check quickly and carefully. (The coffee situation could use some improvement) But otherwise, attending this facility has brought positive changes to my life.
Dr Chambliss is amazing. Dr Chambliss makes things right. Excellent dr. I'm blessed. On the other hand, Savannah Maxwell (therapist) is condescending, unprofessional and does not respect patient privacy. Also, cuts EVERY session 10-15 mins short.
Waste of time - they don't really wanna help. Rope ya in and ya spend hours there just for them to then say they have no availability unless you leave work but yet your bills already cant get paid. They dont care how shitty you feel
