Waste of time - they don't really wanna help. Rope ya in and ya spend hours there just for them to then say they have no availability unless you leave work but yet your bills already cant get paid. They dont care how shitty you feel
Their patient portal app is controlled by an outside source that changed the name of the DIAGNOSIS/DIAGNOSES area to PROBLEMS. I no longer felt comfortable using this app and my therapist doesn’t do in person appointments. I was told that “I’m impeding my own therapy by finding reasons to be upset just as I’m making headway with a therapist” by my therapist. We only had 3 sessions. They cancelled my daughters appointment after I was very clear not to she has insurance. She didn’t find the insurance even though she told me to bring in her card. Wasted of time
My first therapist here, sydney kramer, told me she didn’t know how to help me because all my issues “are internal”. It took them months to assign me a new therapist after that and i still haven’t seen her yet. My psychiatrist, wilmarie montero-negron, never has any availability. it’s always at least 6 weeks in between appointments even if you need to see her sooner than that. and the people at the front desk do nothing to help you. i asked if they could let me know if she had any cancellations and they told me no they can’t... read more
If I could less stars I would. This place is a joke. Rescheduling appointments when we are there. Taking hours longer than they said.. and i mean HOURS! I tried calling and just keeping getting transfered and voice mails.
