My sister was a resident at the waukesha house to begin with and it was a well kept home and in a good area with lovely staff members. My sister and I felt her needs were being met and her quality of life was acceptable. The beginning of her living at this group home Marsha was running the company. My ward lived at one of their Waukesha homes for their first Assisted living experience. Management was great at setting up appointments and help with care teams questions I had. Staff were nice and seemed to really treat residents like family.

This place is HORRIBLE.. First they are understaffed, the staff they do have work two-three shift's in one day while still making $10 per hour, there is hardly any food in the houses that hold 3-4 grown adults. This company is sooooo unorganized and understaffed. They homes barely have any food to cook and if you let DREW know she feels like your telling her how to do her job. Her mouth is very nasty and very unkind. If your part time they put you on the schedule more then you should be all while knowing you have another job. Even if Drew is wrong her mom will side with her. ITS JUST RUDE ALLLLLL AROUND THE BOARD SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! And they pay VERYYYYYY LITTLE!
