From your first interaction with Jeni she puts you at ease. She is a caring and compassionate therapist who helps her client find healing with EMDR therapy. She combines a natural sense of warmth and genuineness that quickly helps clients feel comfortable to make the changes they’ve been wanting. I highly recommmend her!
Would HIGHLY discourage Creative Healing. Jeni actually made my mental health WORSE after my interactions with her. Avoid this business at all costs, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. I would provide screenshots from our interactions, but I'd prefer to take the higher road here. Very unprofessional and dismissive ownership. Mental health is NOT Jeni's top priority, as much as she would like to present that way. After margo canceled on my daughter same day and even only an hour before 3x in a row, we missed an appointment (no call no show) due to my other child breaking out in a full body rash. Actually didn't even remember the appointment at all because of this event. Then I get a text canceling all her future appointments. The only reason im giving a bad review is because they cancel on you last minute but if you do it due to an emergency then your kicked out apparently. Dont bother going here if you need help for your kid.
