My experience was very good.
I contacted Ms.Bernard on 1/30/2024 to order a casket spray for my father's funeral. I explained to Mrs. Bernard what I would like and she quoted a price less than $400 and stated she would bill the funeral home. My family and I called to confirm the arrangements and the funeral home informed us she had up the price for the order.
