Not sure who wrote the bad review. I've gotten my hair cut there many times and received exemplary service every time. Always happy with my cut as well.
I will NEVER go back to creative hair design. I made a 1pm appointment with Melissa on Saturday. This being my first (& last) time to the salon, I arrived 5 minutes early only to be informed that Melissa was going to be late. I was a little annoyed, but ok, b/c we all have things come up. After I waited for Melissa for 25 minutes, which I think I was more that patient, she still had not arrived. I was VERY dissapointed in the customer service I received. The girls are upbeat and fun. Jenn is the best stylist and always knows exactly what I want. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
