Dan came to our house to give us a quote to repair a sidelight at our house. He was punctual, knowledgeable and very nice. The window that Dan replaced looks perfect!

None of these reviews speak to the quality of the work. This guy does very good custom work for a reasonable price however he is not the type to work on small items or $200 repairs. If you approach this as if you are dealing with a sub contractor then you will be pleased. If you are expecting hand holding and good administrative practices you will be disappointed. I find this to be true with many craftsman.
This is the worst place DO NOT bring or use them for anything they don't call,they are WAY overpriced,the staff is the worst with keeping records of anything..i brought one screen there to get fixed they had it for 3 weeks no phone call,nobody is never in the office and they never pick up there phones..and on top of it when my screen was ready they didn't even call me..i was calling them for 3 weeks and nothing,I finally get a hold of them and they fixed my screen without letting me know a price,when I said not to,until I ge... read more
I called this guy 4 times to do work for me. I also visited his store 3 times...He answered me once and then never called back again...He was also never in his store...The person who works there just takes down numbers and puts them in a book, knowing that he will not call back...I had dealt with him one time and I was satisfied with his work but that was just as he was starting his business...I cant see how anyone can run a business like that and if you call him, you probably deserve the service (or lack of) that you will g... read more
