Poor experience from start to finish. The flowers arrived after Mother’s Day, were not the correct flowers, and the customer service was disrespectful when we reached out about the issue.
I would not recommend this florist. The order was late, incorrect, and the quality did not match what was expected. The florist was also very rude.
Honestly, I’m so disappointed. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers, but they were delivered late and the wrong arrangement was sent. When my family called about it, the response was rude and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.
The flowers were great price and in perfect condition. Only flower store open on Monday
