Poor service,used a few times before,never again.arrangments never look like pictures...old lady is rude...think she can talk to people any kind of way..Tells people go on somewhere else then..I don't need you or your Money... received flowers days after schedule date to deliver..800 flowers covers the cost but the point is for flowers to arrive on time..and this location seems to care less about peoples feelings.
Cancelled an order just days before an event. This is even though we placed the order many weeks ago and even followed up a week before the event to make sure we were all straight. Wish I could rate zero! So unprofessional and disrespectful.
I ordered $125+ exquisite level arrangement from FTD costing me a total of $156+. The arrangement I received was lesser quality than the $20 arrangement you can purchase from the grocery store. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the one I purchased and was 1/4 the number of flowers that were supposed to be on the arrangement. I will advise FTD not to use this florist. My best friend was suppose to get flowers for her birthday and three days later the old bat delivered the dead greens just a couple of dead flowers and she got cussed out by the driver because she did not know how to read the note on the door to use other door. I have called 1-800- flowers and they informed me they would not be using them or referring them again. I will continue to call them until this place is gone. These are the rudest nasty people I have ever had to deal with. The flowers were three days late then the lady that delivered them cursed me out. Do NOT use this florist there are so many great ones out there this place is full of crazy people.
