Sloppy wrapping and rude staff. My bouquets were wet, sloppily wrapped, and were leaking. The staff refused spend an additional minute or materials to fix the wrapping. It’s a pity that we have such poor service in our nice neighborhood.

I ordered a flower delivery online and they arrived on time. A beautiful bouquet, very full and fresh. The receiver was very happy with them. Great communication for the delivery and was very easy to get in contact with the shop. A bit on the pricier side so would be great if it came with a small packet of flower food. Overall very happy with the delivery. Highly recommend.
